Fiber cable clamp for huawei projects
This type fiber cable clamp was originally manufactured by Volda according to Huawei application several years ago. The metal parts of the clamp are stainless steel grade 304 and the plastic parts are manufactured with polypropylene, a durable weather resistant material which can provide long term integrity in extreme environments including mountain tops, deserts and industrial type applications. We also call this fiber cable clamp as configuration cable clamp, because it is used to fix both fiber optics and power cables. With this configuration clamp, you can fix 7mm OD diameter fiber optics up to 3 run as well as 10-14mm range OD diameter power cables up to 3 run in the same single unit.
Our fiber cable clamp is not like those simple ones manufactured by other companies. Some companies just place a single whole rubber grommet into the plastic clamp, so when it comes to installing, workers need to take the rubber grommet out of it firstly and place cable inside then use plastic clamp to hold it. For our fiber cable clamp, the rubber is pre-attached to each half of plastic clamp, workers don't need to waste any time to take out rubber thing at all, just place their cables inside and screw the nut, which is more convenient & time saving in antenna system installation.
