DIN Type Connector is a comparatively large connector, also known as 7/16 or L29 type connector. It belongs to the threaded connector, the outer conductor diameter is 16mm, and the characteristic impedance is 50Ω. Its maximum applicable frequency is 7.5GHz, generally used for macro base station RF output port.
N Type Connector, threaded connector, outer conductor diameter is 7mm, characteristic impedance is 50 / 75Ω. Maximum applicable frequency is 18GHz, used for small and medium power equipment. This is the most widely used connector in indoor distribution. It has good mechanical properties, can be used with most of the feeder cables.
BNC Type Connector, bayonet connector, outer conductor diameter is 6.5mm, characteristic impedance is 50 / 75Ω, maximum applicable frequency is 4GHz. This connector can be quickly connected and separated, suitable for frequent connection and separation occasions, and is widely used in radio equipment and instrument tests to connect coaxial rf cables.
TNC Type Connector is a derivative of the BNC connector, with a threaded connection instead of the bayonet connection. The outer conductor diameter is 6.5mm, the characteristic impedance is 50Ω, and maximum applicable frequency is 11GHz. TNC connector is mainly used for military equipment.
SMA Type Connector is a small size threaded connector with external conductor diameter of 4.13mm and characteristic impedance of 50Ω. Maximum applicable frequency is 18GHz, suitable for semi-hard or soft RF coaxial cable connection. It has multiple advantages such as superior performance, high reliability, long life, etc.
SMB Type Connector is different from SMA connector, SMB connector features push-in locking connection. It has an external diameter of 3mm and characteristic impedance of 50 / 75Ω. Its maximum applicable frequency is 4GHz, and are commonly used in communication / navigation / sophisticated instruments.
